And Broth is a modern Vietnamese-American kitchen rooted in tradition and built for today. We’re known for our 24-hour slow-simmered beef bone broth, premium Wagyu and Prime meats, and deeply comforting bowls of phở made completely from scratch—no shortcuts, no powders, just real ingredients and real care.


We gained national attention for our Famous Phở Brisket on Rye and BBH Sandwich, dishes that reflect the Vietnamese-American experience by blending heritage flavors with creative, modern execution. At our Glendora location, the menu goes beyond phở, featuring Vietnamese and Asian-inspired dishes like grilled chicken salads, Lomo Saltado, and Filet garlic noodles, all crafted with the same intention and balance.
